- Cooking spray
- Waxed paper
- Two cake combinations
- Several cans of frosting
- Decorations of your choice
- Large spatula for icing
- Colored frosting tubes
- Wooden dowels, if needed, or toothpicks
- Cake plate or large part of cardboard covered with aluminum foil
Preheat oven. Mix cake mixes According to instructions on the box. Trace cut to fit the pan and the bottom on a sheet of paper. Spray with quantity of cooking spray. Fill out your three cake pans and bake according to the directions. Allow cakes to cool Before attempting to ice. The icing will melt and not set right if the cakes are hot. Make cake plate from cardboard and aluminum foil, large enough to accommodate the cake pan.
Take the pandan kaya cake and flip it upside down on the cake plate. Peel off the paper and discard. Frost the cake over and smooth out with the spatula. Flip over the moderate cake and set in the middle of the cake that is bigger. Peel off the paper, discard, and frost this cake. Repeat the procedure with the cake that is smaller.
